Return Policy:

Please carefully review the following Return Policy before sending any items back:

• Within 60 days, you may return or exchange purchases made on our website. 

• Items must be in new, unworn condition with original, undamaged packaging. Please ship your return in a proper shipping container to protect not just the shoes but also the shoe box.

• For Defective Items, they are under warranty for 90 days after original shipping date. After this time, they are considered just worn & torn and are ineligible for exchange.  

• A Defective Item can only be replaced with the same size and model shoe originally purchased.

• Merchandise returned to IWantaPair.com that does not meet these guidelines will be returned to the customer at their expense. 

• Shipping costs on orders and returns are non-refundable.

• Returns will be credited to the card used for purchase.

• If exchanging for an item that costs more/less than your original purchase, a charge/credit will be issued in the amount of the difference to the card used for purchase.

• If you are shipping to a new address, please include it on this form.

• Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for this return/refund/exchange to be delivered, processed, and completed.

• If your exchanged item is on backorder, you will be notified via email of when to expect the delivery.

• We recommend shipping through an insured, traceable carrier as we do not hold responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

• Any item that is returned but does not follow our return guidelines may receive a partial refund. This includes items not in new condition, damaged, missing accessories, or not returned in the condition in which they were received originally.
