Shipping Policy:
Please review the following shipping policies before placing an order:
Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground (whichever is most economical to your address- PO Boxes, APO, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories default to USPS) and can be expected to arrive within 2-7 business days (which includes 1 day processing and 4-6 days shipping).
For all orders, the payment will only be processed when your item(s) have shipped.
You can track the progress of your order by logging into your 'My Account' area of our website.
If your order is placed Monday through Thursday, it will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. We will notify you if there is an exception.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (Priority and Express Mail included).
If you are having trouble submitting an order, check to make sure the billing address you entered matches the credit cards billing address you are using to purchase.

Express Mail:
Orders shipped via Express Mail can be expected to arrive within 1-3 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. The shipping cost is $29.95.
Canada Shipments:
Orders shipped to Canada will ship via USPS Global Priority Mail at flat cost of $29.95. Free shipping only applies to U.S. orders.

We have a large selection of in stock shoes! Our goal is to provide everyone with comfortable, wearable shoes. However, when we are temporarily out of stock of an item, we will Drop Ship your order directly from the Manufacturer. If you item is temporarily out of stock from both us and the Manufacturer, you be notified on when to expect delivery. As with all orders, you will not be charged until the order has shipped. Please add an extra 5 days to shipping time for Drop Ship orders. Also, if you did not received a return form in your Drop Ship package, click here to print one: Return Form.
Our Shipping Do's and Dont's
1. We DO offer Free Shipping for orders over $75.00 only. Sorry no $74.90 exceptions! We offer the customer the best deal and have not inflated our prices to offer everyone free shipping.
2. We DO proudly ship to APO/FPO, please expect 10-15 business days for delivery.
3. We DO ship to P.O. Boxes.
4. We DON'T accept International Orders, other than Canada.
5. We DON'T accept address/item changes after your order has been placed. So please, double check your address entries! Our goal is to process your order quickly and efficiently, so you can expect to have your new shoes quickly.

Within 60 days of receiving your order, you may return or exchange purchases made on our website. As for Defective Items, they are under warranty for 90 days after original shipping date. After this time, they are considered just worn & torn and are ineligible for exchange. To print an extra return form, click here: RETURN FORM. For security purposes, we only retain your credit card/Paypal information for 60 days. If your purchase has been longer than 60 days, please include your credit card number and expiration date on the form.

Items must be in new, unworn condition with original, undamaged packaging.

Merchandise returned to iWantaPair.com that does not meet these guidelines will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Shipping costs on orders and returns are non-refundable.

Returns will be credited to the card used for purchase.

If exchanging for an item that costs more/less than your original purchase, a charge/credit will be issued in the amount of the difference to the card used for purchase.

If you are shipping to a new address, please include it on this form.

Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for this return/refund/exchange to be delivered, processed, and completed.

If your exchanged item is on backorder, you will be notified via email of when to expect the delivery.

We recommend shipping through an insured, traceable carrier as we do not hold responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

Any item that is returned but does not follow our return guidelines may receive a partial refund or may be refused and returned back to you. This includes items not in new condition, damaged, missing accessories, or not returned in the condition in which they were received originally.

International shipping?
In most cases we will ship to Canada, but otherwise we do not offer international shipping. For more information about international orders, email us at [email protected].
Sales tax?
We charge sales tax on orders shipped to Tennessee. All other orders are tax free.
How do I cancel an order?
Usually it's not possible because we send out orders very soon after you place them. Send an email to [email protected] and if the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it for you. If an order has already shipped then it cannot be canceled.
